Hi there! I recently joined a huge group of nearly 180 Instagrammars and other bloggers to attend the press release event of La Montana by TATA Housing. This event was the launch of Phase III of the township. And I was quite excited to be a part of it, as this was for the first time I have attended an event related to real estate and property buying. I was also intrigued to have a look inside the apartments and clubhouse, which the organizers made sure to be done. Let me take you through the Mediterranean themed project by TATA Value Homes.
Since there is a rising demand for theme-based housing projects, these 2BHK value homes yet pristine flats have exteriors of charming Mediterranean lifestyle. As soon as I reached there, I realised that even the minute details has Mediterranean touch added to them, such as wall scones, naming ornaments, railings etc. The buildings feature porticos, classic arches, cut stone facades and terra-cotta walls. Even the materials used are stone, red roof tiles, wrought iron and stucco, that owe their origins to Mediterranean architecture. The designers of renowned international architect firm F+A of US have done a brilliant work, to give you the feel of having such a lovely themed house, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The township is Spanish themed and is spread over 20 acres of terraced land. Nestled amongst the hills of Lonavala, this township is situated near Talegaon and is strategically located on the old Mumbai-Pune highway. Comprising of all the amenities like landscaped gardens, a contemporary clubhouse, a modern gymnasium, a banquet hall as well as a shopping area, healthcare centre, a school and lots more, this housing society gives you the lifestyle you’ve always wanted.
This event also had a contest for Instagrammars, for the two of those who takes the best capture will win a trip to Spain. Yup, I kind of missed out on that, as I was there as a blogger and moreover my Instagram is filled with my Calligraphy and art-works. Well, they were still the best ones to lead, since they all had DSLR(s) unlike me and they have taken amazing photos. You can have a look at their work here.
Apart from meeting stunning people from the TATA Housing group and other attendees, I have enjoyed my bicycle ride (after four years) to visit PhaseIII of the township and took some lovely memories while visiting the beautiful sight of hills from the apartment and gorgeous look of the buildings from the clubhouse.
I hope you too appreciate the looks of this township. Please do let me know your views on it. Thank you for reading this article. Stay tuned though… ;D
